About Hon. Minister N. Anand
N. Anand, popularly known as Bussy Anand, is the Minister for Rural Development and Water Resources in the Government of Tamil Nadu and the General Secretary of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK).
A dedicated public servant and experienced political leader, he has consistently worked towards rural development, water resource management, social justice, and public welfare. He previously served as a Member of the Puducherry Legislative Assembly and continues to champion people-centric governance and inclusive growth.
Known for his commitment to public service and grassroots development, he remains focused on improving the quality of life of the people through sustainable development and inclusive governance.

- 2024 – Appointed as the General Secretary of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK)
- 2024–Present – Leading the party's organizational development, membership expansion, and statewide coordination efforts
